Project Kickoff Meeting
The project kick-off meeting was held on June 4-5, 2024, in Eskişehir, hosted by the project coordinator Eskişehir AFAD, with the participation of project partners Asystee Education and Software Ltd. and the Spanish Dog Search and Rescue Organization (ESDP).
During the activity, which focused on project management and coordination, as well as defining project responsibilities and the roadmap, infrastructure and superstructure workers and machinery operators from the Eskişehir Water and Sewerage Authority and the State Water Works, who had previously been involved in disaster response efforts, also shared their experiences.
On the final day of the event, where project outputs and financial responsibilities were detailed, participation certificates were presented to the participants.
